Weir ranks among top UK companies for workplace mental health

Weir has retained Tier 1 status in the 2026 CCLA Corporate Mental Health Benchmark — and now ranks as the 6th highest scoring company overall. 

An 88% score highlights continued progress in how we support the mental wellbeing of our people and embed it across our business.

CCLA’s benchmark assesses how the UK’s largest listed companies manage and report on mental health. Investors use it to understand how businesses support their people — and long-term performance. 

We’ve built strong momentum — improving year on year, retaining Tier 1 status for a second consecutive year and moving further up the rankings.
